Zvi Aronson Industrial Psychologist

Zvi Aronson, who teaches courses in organizational behavior and the human side of project leadership, is currently researching the impact of project culture, attitudes and citizenship behavior on project performance. He is also investigating the influence of leader personality on team performance. Earlier, he worked at Bakara Ltd. in Tel Aviv. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology at Stevens and his B.A. in Behavioral Sciences at Ben-Gurion University in Israel.
