Senior Consultant and founder, Water Consulting Specialists, Inc. William Collentro

William V. Collentro is Senior Consultant and founder of Water Consulting Specialists, Inc. Mr. Collentro's career spans over forty years in the area of water treatment and purification, principally for the life sciences. In addition to being an adjunct Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology, Mr. Collentro is an adjunct professor for the Parenteral Drug Association's Training and Research Institute where he was awarded the James P. Agalloco Award for Excellence in Training in 1998. Mr. Collentro has authored a text, Pharmaceutical Water, System Design, Operation and Validation, as well as chapters for other texts on pharmaceutical water.  He also holds two patents for membrane based water purification applications, and participates in periodic technical conferences each year. Mr. Collentro is a member of several professional organizations including AIChE, ACS, PDA and AWWA. He received both a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
