Mr. Geller currently is the Vice President of LGS Bell Laboratories Government Communications Lab, a new Alcatel-Lucent independent subsidiary. In this position, he is responsible for leading the R&D programs Bell Labs performs for its Government customers. In previous assignments, Mr. Geller led the Advanced Systems, Systems Engineering, and Avionics Departments at Bell Labs. Earlier, as Supervisor in the Advanced Development Group, Mr. Geller developed signal-processing systems for U.S. Navy applications.  He performed system studies and simulation of a worldwide network of undersea sensors called SOSUS. He also was responsible for developing New York City’s Fire Department (FDNY) Management and Information Control System.
