Understand risk and uncertainty, decision trees, binomial methods and derivation of Black-Scholes option pricing formula. Learn about the VAR (value at risk) framework for risk assessment. Study several real-world case studies. Prerequisites : TM605 or CS505, MA500 or TM500, and MGT671 or advisor permission.
