Patricia Holahan is a leading expert in managing product development teams

Patricia Holahan is an Associate Professor of Management at Stevens Institute of Technology, where she teaches graduate courses in the management of technology, and organizational design and theory. Her research interests focus on managing product development teams, and the diffusion and the implementation of new technology. Her work has been published in several leading academic journals including, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and the Journal of Research on Computing in Education. Dr. Holahan holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Purdue University’s Krannert Graduate School of Management.
