To earn your Master’s in Microelectronics and Photonics, you must complete 30 credits including the 3-credit core course, Introduction to Microelectronics and Photonics (EE/MT/PEP507WS). You must also take three elective courses (9 credits), three department core courses (9 credits), and three departmental electives (9 credits).
