Marty P. Valerio, P.E. is an expert in engineering and business administration. He has used these skills for 35 years in the commercial construction industry managing many large projects. Valerio has had a professional engineers license since 1997, and has made numerous commercial and residential inspections.


Valerion has been an adjunct professor in the Construction Management Department of Stevens Institute of Technology since 2000. His curriculum includes Construction Engineering I, Construction Accounting, Construction Contract Law II, Construction Safety Management, Sustainable Design and Sustainable Construction.


As an alumni of Stevens Institute (Bachelors of Engineering), he is an active member of  the Stevens Alumni Association and has served as President for two terms. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Stevens Institute of Technology, and presently serves as a trustee for the Stevens Alumni Association.


Along with his degree from Stevens, Valerio has a Masters in Business Administration from Seton Hall University.
