Joca Stefanovic holds an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, an M.S. in Technology Management, from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Project Management, also from Stevens Institute of Technology. In 2003, Joca received the Outstanding Academic Achievement in Ph.D. Program Award from Stevens. He also teaches MGT 609 Introduction to Project Management at Stevens.  Joca gained extensive experience in development, marketing, sales and support in his own computer business. He founded and grew a company dealing in computer and other high-tech equipment from start-up to a multi-million dollar prominence. Joca also founded a software development company that develops software products for large international communication equipment companies and automatic identification systems.
