Systems engineering and project management expert Jim Whalen

Jim Whalen is an instructor and consultant for Strategy Bridge International, Inc. with over thirty-five years of experience with project management and systems engineering in the defense industry and commercial companies. He has direct experience in digital system design and development, software development project and line management, project management, and systems engineering. He has held a variety of project and line management positions including Chief Systems Engineer for the company. He was a founding member of the San Francisco Bay Area INCOSE Chapter and has been a major contributor to the INCOSE SE Handbook. Jim has been an instructor and consultant in the systems engineering and project management field for 15 years and has taught courses for a wide variety of government agencies, government contractors, and commercial companies.
