Project management expert Fred Manzer

Fred Manzer is an instructor and consultant for Strategy Bridge International, Inc. with over thirty years of experience with project management in the defense industry and commercial companies. His special assignments while in industry included the development and maintenance of a software management data base with responsibility for all software estimating; new business development and proposal development; creating and implementing standard project management processes and standards; creating and implementation of a standard program control system including the approval of an earned value system; and typical project manager responsibilities such as planning and executing projects. After leaving industry he spent seven years as an instructor at the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), the US DOD program management school before becoming a commercial consultant.
