Dr. Elliot Fishman is Associate Professor in the Howe School of Technology Management, where he has taught since 2005. Prior to coming to stevens, he worked as an electrical engineer, technology transfer manager, and venture capitalist. He holds PhD and MBA degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
