Strategic Service Management Graduate Certificate

This is a graduate certificate with a focus on Service Management from a strategic perspective. This certificate addresses Service Management within the framework of the emerging science – Service Science. Key areas that are covered are: strategic issues in managing and designing services; globalization of services; processes at a strategic level; innovation; and strategy.

This is a four course graduate certificate program: MIS 710, MIS 735, and MIS 750 are all offered on campus at Stevens Institute of Technology and online through WebCampus. The fourth course, Service Management in a Global Market, is currently not available online through WebCampus.
