Michele Lewski is a results-oriented educator, organizational consultant, and coach with a unique blend of knowledge and skills in technology, human dynamics and the management of complex projects and organizations. A strong technical background lends considerable credibility to her work with high-tech organizations.

Dr. Lewski holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Development,  M. A. in Organization Development from the Fielding Institute, M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.  She is a certified Project Management Professional.  In addition to her work with Stevens, she offers masters certification programs affiliated with George Washington University.

She consults in areas of project management, strategic planning, leadership, organization and, cross-functional teaming and technology development, and organization transformation.  She has operated as a senior consultant within a Fortune 50 corporation, and has shaped a sizable consulting practice with clients spanning technology, financial, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, “Boards”, and numerous sales organizations.  Clients include: the senior executive of a $30 billion telecom business; a “big-six” consulting firm; executives of a mid-size start-up venture in Mexico; leaders of a world church; the governor's office, CIO, and numerous state agencies in the Commonwealth of Kentucky; and the students, faculty, and administrators of several New Jersey school districts.  She has worked with clients from around the world including Mexico, Japan, Germany, Indonesia, and The Netherlands.  In a “coaching” role, she has a wealth of experience in leadership development, and recently served as advisor to leadership development programs for young women.

She draws upon fifteen years of corporate experience as a manager and leader of organizations ranging from sales to research and development. Her work led to the advancement of quality and process improvement, change management, and strategic partnering within AT&T and Bell Laboratories organizations.
